Do I pay anything to HMO Agad?
No. Free ang assessment and our assistance. You only pay for the HMO plan at its official price, directly to the HMO after approval.
What happens after I apply?
You’ll receive a reference number and updates via email and text. I-track ang application anytime at app.hmoagad.com. Wala ka pang babayaran until approved.
What isn’t covered?
Some exclusions include pregnancy-related care, psychiatric and stress-related conditions, cosmetic procedures, take-home medicines (except the ₱1,000/year prescription benefit), and dental unless you choose the dental add-on. Partial ang first-year coverage for declared pre-existing conditions; check the plan details and final confirmation before proceeding.
When will my coverage start?
Coverage starts on the 1st or 16th of the month after approval and payment of the membership fee. May 30-day grace period for each payment.
How long does approval take?
Usually within 5 business days after a complete application is filed. Makikita mo ang updates online, with email and text notifications too.
Who do I pay, and when?
Pay only after HMO approval, directly to the HMO or its authorized payment channel. Hindi tumatanggap ang HMO Agad ng payment for your plan.
Which HMO plans can I explore?
iCare plan quotes are available now. MaxiCare is coming soon. Pwede mong i-request ang MaxiCare quote in your application when available.
